What personal data do we process?
Data provided by you to deliver the service you have purchased, such as your name, position, address, email address, bank account number.
Why do we process this personal data?
We process your data to organize workshops and courses efficiently. This includes processing payments, sending invoices to you or your employer, communicating about registration, and creating name badges. We also use your (email) address to send you information before and/or after the event, such as a program or a report, or to answer your questions. Additionally, we may send you an evaluation form by email after the event. We process your response anonymously, ensuring it cannot be traced back to you. We do not include personal data in the evaluation report. Finally, we use your personal data to inform you about other interesting events/continuing education that we organize.
We use your email address, (business) address, and/or name for invoicing, collecting receivables, and our accounting. Due to the legal obligation under tax law, we must keep your data, such as your (company) name and address, in our administration. With whom do we share your personal data?
We do not share your data with third parties. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into an agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for these processes.
